Service Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 28/08/2026
These Terms apply to all services provided by nTRYCK.
1. Services
We provide creative services including:
3D Rendering
Product Animations
Trade Show Design
Marketing Services
Content Creation
The exact scope will be agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in SEK unless specified otherwise.
VAT will be applied where legally required.
3. Project Acceptance
A project begins once:
the proposal is accepted,
any required deposit is received, and
necessary materials have been provided.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
Accurate information
Necessary assets
Feedback within agreed timeframes
Required approvals
Delays in providing these may affect delivery dates.
5. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed:
Up to TWO revision rounds are included.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Payments
Payment terms:
100% payment up front - unless otherwise agreed.
Payment due within 28 days.
Late payments may incur interest under the Swedish Interest Act where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
Before Full Payment
All work remains the property of nTRYCK until full payment has been received.
After Full Payment
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed:
nTRYCK retains ownership of working files, templates and production methods.
nTRYCK may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled:
completed work remains payable,
deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed,
partially completed work may be invoiced proportionally.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant project except where Swedish law requires otherwise.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as:
lost profits,
business interruption,
consequential damages,
unless required by law.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
natural disasters,
government restrictions,
internet outages,
strikes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise
